As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, with the World Health Organization declaring it a pandemic, and most recently, the United States declaring this a national emergency, we are closely monitoring the outbreak and any possible impacts on the health and safety of our employees and associates, our customers, and our community.
Our Leadership team has taken actions to protect our employees and associates, their families, and our communities by actively developing and implementing preparedness plans focused on employee safety while maintaining our customer commitments based on the best guidance available from the U.S.-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the Washington State Health Care Authority (WSHCA). Effective immediately, we very significantly enhanced the social distancing for our employees by reducing the number of employees present (at the same time) at our factory. Our customer service, technical support, accounting, quality and regulatory, marketing, and sales teams are now working from home. Our manufacturing, service, and material management teams now operate in two shifts. We instituted additional disinfecting of production assemblies and final products and enhanced the personal hygiene resources to facilitate the most frequent washing of hands and daily disinfecting of workspaces. We canceled large group meetings and restricted non-essential travel. We will adjust our response as the situation develops and will inform you of future changes as they arise in accordance with the guidance by the CDC and WSHCA.
During this troubling time, rest assured that our support team is still available during our regular business hours. As always, support can be reached at (866) 589-2722. We are working closely with all of our stakeholders to anticipate and address any potential disruptions.
Sincerely and with kind regards,
